I haven't killed anyone, haven't ripped anyone's head off, haven't committed any felony offenses. However, I have no fingernails left and I'd stopped biting them years ago. I've gained 4 lbs, my head hurts all the time, this is so not fun. But I haven't given up either.

Pump up the volume, walk (more) if you can, dance (or pretend to) to counter the weight gain issues.
